How long I will receive my order?
Each item is hand crafted once you place your order. Lead time will be approximately 2-3 weeks from order date. All pictures shown are for reference only. Actual product shipped may vary due to product enhancement.

Can I choose the courier for my delivery?
Sorry no. We choose the courier based on the best method for the size and destination of your order.

How much is the shipping?
The shipping fee will depend on the weight and size of your goods.

Why I received a fulfilled email but did not receive the product?
The fulfilled email means your order is under processing. After 2-3 weeks, you will receive a shipment email show the tracking number for your order.

How can I track my order?
All orders will start production after payment is received. After 2-3 weeks, you will received a tracking email for the shipping.

Can I refund or return the goods?
All goods are non-refundable unless there is a factory defect. This also applies to Returns & Exchanges.

How do I measure my size?
There is a step-by-step guide on how to accurately measure yourself or your child to ensure you order the correct size. You can refer to the size guide to get dimensions on products across each range and gender. 

Due to the technical nature of our performance garments, traditional sizing methods prove to be inaccurate. This sizing chart is designed as a guide only, to be used as a comparison with another technical garment. Lay the garment on a flat surface and use the above guide to compare measurements.
